Despite its prime location and premium offerings, Zee Shaan faced a unique challenge, Vile Parle is largely perceived as a residential hub, not a commercial destination.

The client was aware about this and to shift this perception, the brand introduced the ‘boutique office’ concept, catering to professionals and entrepreneurs seeking compact, high-quality workspaces close to home.
The idea was simple yet powerful, why travel far for work when your home and office can be just around the corner? This called for a comprehensive brand experience, not just a promotional campaign.

Campaignable Idea:

Since the project was coming up on a redevelopment plot that previously housed a cinema theatre, our first campaign drew inspiration from this legacy to build instant familiarity. We used this idea extensively in site branding—highlighting the nostalgia of the theatre while showcasing the upcoming offices. The communication emphasized that work, entertainment, and stay all come together within one seamless vicinity.

In the second phase, we evolved the narrative to the core theme of Home, Work, and Entertainment. This integrated positioning became the foundation of our communication for over a year, reinforcing the project as a complete ecosystem for modern living.
